Online Web + App Renewable Energy as a Service, Project Management

Summary

Planned model to deploy online service & it’s iOS/Android application, analyzed project with WBS, RACI, PERT Chart, Monte Carlo & SWOT risk metrics and developed mitigation strategies. Project focus was on utilizing renewable energy & developing reverse supply chain mechanism combined with web service.

Purpose

People tend to have more clothes than they need and are more indulgent in the process of buying more clothes than ever considering an appropriate way to get rid of their existing unworthy, non-trendy, excessive or simply outgrown clothes.

Objective

The project aims to deliver service globally and make it 100% transparent to the user how their clothing is being of use to the needful or being improved for better usage.
